Our Mission
IFAA Legal Services is a legal research-investigative company committed to upholding the "Rule Of Law". Unlike law firms, we are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice. Instead, we pride ourselves on equipping you with the rules, statutes, ordinances, and cases necessary for informed decision-making. Our resources are designed to support both families of prisoners and legal professionals in navigating the complex legal landscape.
What Makes Us Different
Post-conviction proceedings must be initiated by the "wrongfully convicted." We provide the tools to avoid common missteps that can be detrimental. The post-conviction process offers a one-time opportunity, with few exceptions. Our resources provide information on how to better navigate the post-conviction landscape of a particular State, allowing users to proceed more confidently. We aim to empower the "wrongfully convicted" to help themselves before a lawyer is hired.
